Crazy technical and inspiring. That's the best way to describe Dustin Behm's The Beyond. If you are being reductionist, it's progressive rock. If you allow the music to expand your consciousness, it's so much more. The music has an intricacy and depth that draws you in. The Beyond is forty-eight minutes long spanning thirteen tracks.

What can you expect? Being overwhelmed by all that's happening in the songs is the first thing. Sounds come at you from every angle. It's like being in a video game - and you're losing. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and become fully immersed in the labyrinth of sound. Each song is a diverse cacophony guitar, drums, and bass. Because it's an instrumental album, the best way to describe the songs include discussing the colour, mood, and imagery the songs evoke.
