If you like screamo punk metal music, then Light This City is for you. Light This City hasn't broken ground on a new genre, they just do it well. Their newest offering, Terminal Bloom, is a solid metal punk screamo album. There is a loving consistancy to the tracks. 'A Grotesque Reflection' is a good example. The guitars are solid metal tracks. They are headbanging worthy. The drumming is fast paced and moves each track forward. The screamo vocals are on point. It's loud and bombastic. The title track 'Terminal Bloom' sounds like so many metal songs. It's the familiarity that makes it enjoyable.
